Here in Viveros Resort we only offer exclusive and unique home sites. Being a home owner in Viveros Resort is also being owner of a private park. Indeed, in the 5000 sqm (50,000 sqft) home sites only 15% of total homesite area will be assigned to the house footprint. It allows people to have a more than 1000sqm home!. Home owners are able to design their own landscape with the help of our private landscape architect.

Having a home site in Viveros Resort is giving the opportunity to choose its own unique property. People can chose the orientation of their house whether they enjoy to watch the sun-rise or the sun-set. Viveros hosts elevated home sites and ocean level home sites; whether you like to have your toes in the water, watch the birds walking on the beach, or if you prefer to have an overhanging view on the Ocean.  All of these choices make that each one of our home sites are special with their own beauty.
